Jolanda Willems, MBA, MSc.

works as a manager and senior consultant of the ECTS. She is registered toxicologist, occupational hygienist and has a MBA degree and a senior safety engineer training received. She has over 18 years experience in several sectors, notably in industry, healthcare and municipalities. She specializes in risk and toxicological problems. Furthermore she has been involved in projects around PIMEX, REACH, biological agents and Attractive Workplaces.

Frits van Rooy, MD, PhD.

is an occupational physician who has extensive experience in studying occupational respiratory health problems in different industrial settings by integrating concepts from industrial hygiene, occupational medicine, epidemiology and clinical health care. He is working at the Institute for Risk Assessment Sciences (IRAS), Utrecht University, the Netherlands Expert Centre for Occupational Respiratory Disorders (NECORD) and Arbo Unie/ECTS (Occupational Health and Safety Service).

Henri Heussen, PhD.

is working as senior consultant in occupational hygiene and toxicology. He has 20 years of experience in different industrial sectors, the construction and health care sector. Henri Heussen’s main focus lies on cost effective management of occupational chemical exposures. He works on empowerment of owners/operators to evaluate their own workplaces for hazards and risks and to focus resources on practical control solutions rather than expensive exposure measurements. He is one of the developers of the Stoffenmanager and Stoffenmanager Nano. He gives training nationally and internationally on chemical management and/or biological monitoring. He is a member of the WHO/ILO International Technical Group on Control Banding, the ISO TC 229 on Nanotechnology, the Dutch “Risks of Nanotechnology Knowledge and Information Centre (KIR nano)” and an IOHA envoy in the WHO Global Network of Collaborating Centres in Occupational Health. He has published in many peer reviewed journals and is a regular speaker on (inter)national conferences.

Petra Beurskens, MSc.

Petra Beurskens is employed as a senior consultant in occupational hygiene at the Expert Centre of Chemical Risk Management of Arbo Unie and has a wide experience in various sectors such as industry and care. Petra has experience as a projectleader in major projects and is specialised in risk communication. Especially visualization methods like PIMEX (picture mixed exposure). When developing PIMEX and PIMEX videomaterial she has frequently collaborated with branch organisations.

John West

works as a senior occupational hygienist at the ECTS. He is specialized in converting models into practical online tools. He is one of the founding fathers of the “Stoffenmanager” and realised various web-based “Risk Assessment” tools. He has extensive experience in various industrial sectors, the healthcare and construction sector.

Andre Winkes, MSc.

Is working as a senior consultant in occupational hygiene and has a wide experience in various industries. He is known for his pragmatic approach, with a focus on risk communication tools such as the Labour-toolkit. He is also involved in projects like Stoffenmanager and PIMEX.

Koen Verbist, MSc.

is working as an occupational hygienist at the ECTS. Besides the regular occupational hygiene consultancy he is involved in projects related to nanotechnolgy, REACH regulation (exposure and chemical safety assessment) and the development of webbased tools like Stoffenmanager and Intelligent ChemRS.

Hester Dekker, MSc.

is working as senior occupational hygienist and epidemiologist and has a wide experience in health care, industry, agricultural en service industry. She is involved in the development of the 'arbotoolkit', the stoffenmanager carpet & textile and the Guideline Solvents. Furthermore she has a role in projects related to the Intelligent ChemRS.

Fred van Kolck

has more than 30 years’ experience as an occupational hygienist in different branches, such as industry, healthcare, and education. Next to regular activity’s like risk management and asbestos removal he is engaged with the translation of wishes and questions of the customer. His goal is: the match between customer and professional. And not for, but together with the customer is his device. For further improvement and or retainment of good work conditions.

Ton van Os, MSc

Is working as an occupational physician at Arbo Unie / ECTS. He has extensive experience as occupational physician within industrial companies and health care facilities. Over ten years of experience in occupational toxicology, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry. He also is a medical consultant on musculoskeletal disorders. This combination of work experiences makes him a specialist in the field of risk management and health surveillance of risks related to working with chemicals and fysical strain.
