How do you create an optimal work situation for your employees? An overview of practical examples might be helpful. The ECTS has given practical advice in many day to day work situations. We have experience in defining and describing good practices, resulting in a large number of good use fact sheets for various industries.

Fact sheets have been developed for different groups, i.e. employees, employers/managers and occupational hygienists/prevention workers. For employers a cost and benefit analysis of a good practice can be an important parameter, or healthy workers/less sick leave. For a prevention worker background information related to certain occupational health regulations might be of special interest. Employees might want information on risks related to their task and what control measures to take to prevent these risks.

The fact sheets can be used by SME, various industries, government or for training purpose. They can also be combined with PIMEX movies.
